Can Monetizr ship sample products?

We can ship you sample products with your designs for on-demand prints. Bulk orders have a minimum set of items that will be produced and are not suggested for sample testing.

How is manufacturing and product fulfillment organized? Who does what?

Once a player makes an order Monetizr communicates with manufacturing systems and organizes fulfillment. Game developer does not need to worry about it. All that game developer has to do is to provide assets for product customization.

Are shipping costs included into Sales Amount for Players?

No, shipping cost as well as local tax are not included in Sales Amount and Monetizr fee is not applied to shipping costs or local tax expenses. All shipping costs and taxes are added on top of Sales Amount at the time of purchase.

Do I have to ship everything from my office?

No. Monetizr handles order processing, shipping, refunds and customer support. Additionally we offer designing reward items so that you can focus on your game and let us do the work for you.

How is shipping managed?

Shipping of game merchandise is done by professional shipping services and generally available worldwide. Once the shipment is sent a package tracking code is sent to the email provided in purchase order.

In some cases restrictions may apply due to international sanctions or other force outside of Monetizr's direct control. Please contact our representatives to ask about product delivery to specific countries.

Who are Monetizr top manufacturing and fulfillment partners?

We work with an array of manufacturers depending on the item of choice for the player offers. For on-demand manufacturers we work with Printful, Apliiq, and OGO. We also work with Printify, Airpirint, and Gooten. For bulk manufacturing we work with Sticker Mule, Niko, Metal Cast, Pingons, Openpack, and Posmaster. These lists are not exhaustive and open to change.

When will players receive their order?

On-demand products are delivered within 5-7 business days on average. It normally takes 2 - 5 days to manufacture the products and then shipping takes another 2 - 4 days.

However, shipping time depends on where the person is located. On rare occasions and due to extreme weather conditions or other events, delivery can take up to three weeks. Either way, players will have a tracking number and will be able to follow shipping status.

Products made in bulk are delivered within 5 business days on average. They are pre-manufactured, pre-packed, and ready to go. These orders normally get shipped the same day or the next day after they're ordered.



Expedited shipping is available to players for an additional cost. The availability of expedited shipping can differ depending on the location of the player and the availability of this shipping method for each fulfillment partner. These numbers are subject to change during holiday seasons or force majeure situations.
